[mp3com-artist]Kellie Pickler[/mp3com-artist] is seeing the returns on her latest studio effort.  The CD “100 Proof” is entering the Billboard Country Albums chart at number two, behind [mp3com-artist]Tim McGraw[/mp3com-artist]‘s “Emotional Traffic”.  It’s debuting at number seven on the Billboard 200, which is her highest placement ever on the all-genre chart.

Pickler says “100 Proof” means a lot to her, she really worked to make a “100 Proof” a strong album.  She explains that her goal is to reach people and move listeners with these songs in the same way she’s moved by such legends as [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Tammy Wynette[/lastfm], [mp3com-artist]Loretta Lynn[/mp3com-artist], and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Kitty Wells[/lastfm].
