It may seem odd that Kix Brooks, half of one of the most famous country duos of all time is releasing a single called “New To This Town” since he is far from new to Country Music. It may also seem weird that Kix is singing about heart-break even though he’s been married for over 30-years, but when you’ve achieved as much as Kix Brooks you can pretty much sing about what ever you want.

Although the song is getting mixed reviews, we’re certainly excited to hear new music from Kix and we’re looking forward to seeing him at KNCI’s 2012 Golf & Guitars!
