Sporting a long sleeve white tee and black vest, Ronnie Dunn graced the stage and began playing immediately. After his first song, he took a moment to introduce himself (like we didn’t know who he was!)
“My name is Ronnie Dunn and I used to sing in a band called Brooks and Dunn.” Fans screamed in response, thrilled to see the star in person.
After singing another song, Dunn sniffed and asked, “Man, is that stuff I smell legal?”
The crowd laughed, and before we could speculate if he meant the barbeque, he added, “The park guys killed a skunk!”
The crowd laughed again at Dunn’s witty sense of humor before he continued singing.
He is still singing now, and if you are here with us, you know this is an awesome show! He says he’s “making this stuff up as he goes,” but it sure doesn’t seem like it!
If you didn’t make it out, we’ll have photos uploaded this week to share with everyone.
