The fifth and final chapter of “The Twilight Saga” is wrapping up the series’ run on a high box office note. The “Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ was huge at the theaters this weekend, pulling in an estimated $141.3 million in its opening weekend to debut at number one. The total fell just short of the opening weekend record set by the second film in the franchise – 2009′s “New Moon.” That film opened with $142.8 million in its first three days in theaters three years ago. “Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ also made $199.6 million at the international box office this weekend, bringing its combined domestic and global sales figures to $341 million.

3. “Lincoln” — $21.0 million
4. “Wreck-It Ralph” — $18.3 million
5. “Flight” — $8.6 million
6. “Argo” — $4.1 million
7. “Taken 2″ — $2.1 million
8. “Pitch Perfect” — $1.3 million
9. “Here Comes the Boom” — $1.2 million
10. “Cloud Atlas” — $900 thousand
