GRAMMY-winning country superstar Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, are selling their house in Pacific Palisades, California. And it can be yours for just $2,995,000.

The listing describes the property as a “beautifully restored vintage home near Palisades Village schools, shops, and bluffs.” The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-story living room, and a “large gourmet kitchen.” There’s also “an outdoor deck with ocean views” and “a lovely backyard with grassy area, trellis, citrus trees, and a detached garage with bonus room.”

The Paisleys and their two kids live and spend most of their time at their farm in Nashville, which happens to be where Brad has been recording his upcoming new album Wheelhouse (due out April 9).

Nashville is, of course, also where Kimberly’s latest acting gig (the TV show Nashville) is shooting.
