We know Keith Urban did an outstanding job as an American Idol judge this past season, but that didn’t mean he was going to return to the show. As the show began to wrap up, Keith said it was a “relief” since he no longer had to cast a vote. In addition to this, fellow judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey also quit the show.

This left some viewers wondering if Keith was going to return, but after months of speculation, Keith made an announcement yesterday via Twitter.

Along with confirming he will be on the judging panel, Keith also gave fans a sneak peek at his album art for Fuse:

Now we have two things to look forward to: the next American Idol season and new music from Keith Urban! Fuse is set to release on September 10.
