Ben And Jerry’s Recalling Ice Cream

Oh no. Ben and Jerry’s has recalled their Chocolate Fudge Brownie Pint Slices because they contain the wrong ice cream! A limited number of boxes were mistakenly filled with Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup Pint Slices. For those with a peanut allergy, this could potentially be deadly.

“Although the slices were individually wrapped and identified as Vanilla Peanut Butter Cup Pint Slices, the ingredient peanut butter (containing the known allergen peanut), is undeclared on the outer product packaging. Persons who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product,” the company’s website said.

The boxes in question were disturbed nationwide and could be anywhere. If you or anyone in your household doesn’t have an allergy, you’re in the clear. Unless you want the intended slices you bought. Get the return info HERE.
