BottleRock Cuts Power On Foo Fighters—Fans Finish Final Song [Video]

I was at BottleRock Festival this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and rocking out to the Foo Fighters who closed the whole thing down. But apparently no one, not even Dave Grohl, is immune to the curfew of the festival and the city of Napa.

Because in the middle of their last song (Everlong, in case you were wondering), the sound and the large video screens were shut down. Before the screens turned off, you could see Dave’s realize what had happened and throw his arms in the air in the universal sign for, NOOOOOOO!

The Foos have been doing this for decades though and, like the rock stars they are, they kept on playing to finish up their set. It was actually really cool because you could still hear everything except the vocals, and the crowd went ahead and filled in for Dave on those.

The 3:30 mark on the video is where the whole thing happens.
