Police in Los Altos received an unusual call this week, UPI reports. A young boy’s mother put 25 cents into a toy machine at the local Taqueria and received a ball of putty. After her son played with the toy for awhile, it broke and a white substance poured out. Upon examination, she thought it might be cocaine and contacted authorities. Well, she was right. Detectives later seized 4.8 ounces of cocaine from the machine.
The restaurant swears they have no connection to the crime. The machine is contracted out by a company called Snack Time Vending. Investigators are asking businesses using the company’s machines to remove them from public access and contact police. Could you imagine your kids being in possession of that?!
