Bus Driver Drops Five-Year-Old Natomas Girl Off At The Wrong School

I don’t even have kids and this story makes my heart drop. Five-year-old Myah Fisher just started summer school and was supposed to be taken from Bannon Creek Elementary to an after school program at Heron School. Instead the bus dropped her off with another student at H. Allen Hight.

The distance is a little over a mile, which is basically an entire universe for a kid. Thankfully a kind stranger offered Myah help and drove her back to Bannon, where her mother was waiting for her.

Of course, the thought of her young daughter getting into a car with a stranger isn’t one that Myah’s mom enjoys.

“She’s in a car with a stranger… Yes I try not to think about that,” Marchaunte Fisher told Fox 40.

As for why she was dropped off at the wrong location, “[the driver] couldn’t give me a reason as why she left my daughter there, that’s what make me so mad, why would you just leave her there, there’s nobody there,” Marchaunte said.
