Uh oh. Charlie Sheen is being sued by a former lover for allegedly exposing her to HIV. Neither party was named in the suit filed last week in LA. However, court documents claim the defendant discussed his HIV status in televised interviews on November 17, 2015, and June 21, 2016, the same dates Sheen opened up about being HIV-positive on Today, Us Weekly reports.
The lawsuit describes Jane Doe as a “Russian émigré,” who met the actor in early September 2015 and “began a romantic and sexual relationship within days.” The plaintiff alleges prior to engaging in sexual activity she asked whether he had any sexually transmitted diseases, and he told her he was “fine.”
Jane Doe claims they used condoms for intercourse but not during oral. She added Sheen eventually told her he was HIV-positive by throwing a “bag of pills on the bed.” Allegedly, he told her he was “noble” for telling her at all. The suit doesn’t say whether she contracted the virus, but this is the 2nd against him since he publicly came forward about it.
