Legendary Country Singer Has A Run-In With The Law Over July 4th [Photo]

Even famous country artists need their late night fast food fix. A 2:00 AM run to Jack In The Box led to a run in with the law in Colorado for Clint Black. After seeing a tour bus in the closed restaurant’s parking lot, a curious police officer approached the bus to make sure everything was okay.

Clint exited the vehicle and explained that they were just looking for a place to eat and that he was a country artist. When asked if he listened to country, officer Mickey Schaetzle said he liked 1990’s era country, like Travis Tritt.

“‘Like Clint Black?’” Clint asked. And then it clicked.

As seen above, Clint signed some merch for the officer and was cool about the whole thing. Not bad for a routine traffic stop in the wee hours of the morning.
