A Business In Wisconsin Will Be The First In US To Microchip Employees

Nope. No thanks.

WISN says that the chips are roughly the size of a grain of rice and will be inserted between the thumb and the forefinger. Why? For convenience. You know, to get into the building and pay for stuff from the vending machine. Maybe just bring your key and don’t buy snacks. Or use cash. Or have machines that take cards.

Vice President of Three Square Market, which is a vending machine company, Tony Danna, said their goal is to “eliminate the wallet.” What about finger prints? Kind of invasive, but not as bad as sticking a microchip in your employees…

And Danna also says the chips don’t track the workers or record data…well now I am almost certain they do, buddy.

Employees are already signing up for the microchips, which cost $300. The Three Square will be picking up the tab for it.

So, if you couldn’t tell, I would NOT be getting chipped.
