The Capitol City came in at number 21 on WalletHub’s list of 62 big cities to live in (kind of a weird number, but whatever).
There are a crap ton of factors that are taken into account for this list, 50 as a matter of fact. Some of them include the quality of the public school system, job opportunities, and median annual property taxes.
California cities that beat out Sacramento include San Diego (4), San Jose (10) and San Francisco (16).
Additionally, Sacramento had the 11th best economy, but came in at number 41 for housing affordability and ranked 35th for safety.
