Help Out Hurricane Victims By Eating A Rescue Roll At Mikuni [Video]

Sacramento has boots on the ground in Texas through various organizations, but since not everyone can be there in person, they are getting pretty creative in how they are helping out.

Case in point, Mikuni is bringing back the Rescue Roll, which is debuted in 2011 to help out those affected by the tsunami in Japan. Back then, they sold 4,000 rolls in two weeks and 100 percent of the proceeds were donated.

They are doing it again and so far it is going great! One person bought 50 Rescue Rolls in one order. The roll contains seared tuna, panko shrimp and crab mix.

Chief Data Officer Taro Arai told CBS 13, “I see the news and it was disaster, I say we can do something about [it]. We can’t be there, so why not we sell Rescue Roll again to help these people who need help.”
