Blake Shelton teamed up with Ryman Hospitality Properties to bring two new venues in Nashville and his hometown, Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
The Ole Red Tishomingo’s grand opening is slated for Sept. 30 and will include an Opry-style performance and a block party. The show will be co-hosted by Shelton and Bill Cody and will include performances by RaeLynn, Jeannie Seely, John Conlee and Ronnie Milsap.
“For a song that meant so much to me [“Ol’ Red”] to take this shape and come to life as Ole Red has is really mind-blowing. Our community is in for a treat with the Opry bringing their famed broadcast to Tishomingo for this special show. It’s a proud day for us Oklahomans.”
According to Nash Country Daily, the concert will be live streamed at 7 p.m. CT on Ole Red’s Facebook page.
