For The First Time In History, Disney World Closes For 2 Days In A Row

 

And it could possibly be even longer depending on the impact of Hurricane Irma over the next two days. According to Delish, Disney World has only closed for one day at a time, the last closure occurring in 2016 because of Hurricane Matthew.

The park was closed yesterday and remains shuttered today until further notice. Additionally, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios closed early on Saturday and remain closed today.

According to the Disney World website, operations are slated to resume tomorrow as normal, but visitors are encourage to keep an eye on the site for updates.
