Sacramento Area College Ranks Top 50 Nationally…Again

It saw a slight drop in the rankings from 44 to 46 this year, but UC Davis keeps its top 50 status again in 2017. There was actually a tie for the 46th spot—a  six-way tie.

Lehigh, Pepperdine, University of Wisconsin—Madison, UC Davis, University of Miami and Villanova.

The top school, yet again, was Princeton followed by Harvard.

On that note, UC Davis is ranked 12th among public schools. Number one in that bracket belongs to UCLA and UC Berkeley, as there was a tie.

Rankings are based on a number of criteria, including students graduation and retention rate, faculty resources, financial resources and alumni giving.
