Kohl’s Will Soon Accept Amazon Returns

Kohl’s recently announced that it will begin accepting returns from Amazon at 82 of its locations in Los Angeles and Chicago next month.

All you have to do it bring your Amazon item to a Kohl’s store and the department store will package them out back to Amazon for free.

Richard Schepp, Kohl’s Chief Administrative Officer, said in a press release:

“We are thrilled to launch this unprecedented and innovative concept, allowing customers to bring in their unpackaged Amazon returns to Kohl’s and we will pack them, ship them and return them to Amazon for free. This is a great example of how Kohl’s and Amazon are leveraging each other’s strengths – the power of Kohl’s store portfolio and omnichannel capabilities combined with the power of Amazon’s reach and loyal customer base.”

According to Good Housekeeping, Amazon and Kohl’s are working together to make this service as easy to use as possible, including offering designated parking Kohl’s spaces for those who are returning Amazon items.

The companies have yet to announce a nationwide implementation of the program, but hopefully this is something that’ll be more widely available soon.
