$5 Million Worth Of Marijuana Seized In Yolo County

What exactly does $5 million of marijuana look like? In this case, removed 2,227 plants and 41 harvested pounds of marijuana. Holy moly, that’s a lot of ganja.

Of course, recreational marijuana use was legalized last year, but there are limits for how many plants someone can grow, and it is way under 2,227. It’s probably more like six.

Five people were arrested and are currently booked in Yolo County jail, according to Sac Bee. There have been two other large seizes this year in Elk Grove and Placer County and law enforcement is looking into any possible connections.
